Our client is a leader in energy & gas distributors from USA & UK. In UK is a leading purchaser of independently generated renewable electricity and a licensed energy supplier.

The client encountered several significant concerns about their existing pricing and credit processes align with manual process in some of the modules.

  3. Enhanced Pricing Process: With out-of-box features we enabled the direct upload of price files into opportunities, automating term prices and price summaries, and managed credit details seamlessly within the system, reducing manual work.
  4. Quote and Contract Management: Energy & Utility Cloud facilitated the creation of quotes directly from opportunities and enabled the quick creation of contracts once a quote was accepted, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  5. Meter Data Integration: Along with other features we successfully integrated meters into the system for accurate tracking of energy usage and incorporated real-time data from meters and IoT devices to provide insights into energy consumption, enhancing billing accuracy.
