Rahul, our founder and CEO, brings with him a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in the IT and Manufacturing sectors.

Actively engaged in product development and the exploration of new business verticals at Aress, he plays a pivotal role in guiding us into emerging technologies and specializations.

With a background in Computer Engineering and an MS degree in IT, Rahul is dedicated to fostering the growth of future leaders within Aress.

Beyond the corporate realm, he is a passionate sports enthusiast who participates in marathons across the globe.

An operations and resource management strategist, Vrushali brings more than 17 years of rich IT industry experience in Operations Management, Resource Management and Business Development, and is able to relate to the mentioned areas in giving a firm base for client satisfaction and company growth.

Alan has worked with offshore outsourcing for over 30 years including running a 400-person software company in Bangalore for 2 years. He has been associated with Aress for more than 20 years and has been Business Development Director for much of that time.

Based in Lee-on-the-Solent in the UK, he has many UK clients but also has worked with customers in the US, Australia, South Africa and elsewhere. His deep knowledge and experience of Indian offshore outsourcing is a source of comfort to those companies venturing into that world for the first time.

Even after winning new customers, he stays involved in their projects on a continuing basis to make sure that all goes well. Some have been with Aress for well over 10 years so he must be doing something right!

She has consistently built direct and indirect Enterprise Software, Service and Sales Teams focusing on profitable C-Level relationships in Finance, Technology, Manufacturing and Distribution Organizations. Dilbagh Dhindsa, Innovation Head at Aress is a hands-on leader in Generative AI, AI/ML engineering, Data Science and software development with over 20 years of International experience. He has developed groundbreaking AI and Generative AI solutions for global customers that helped solve complex business problems and optimize processes.

He had developed GenAI Accelerators for generating Sections of SoW(Statement of Work) using innovative metadata driven dynamic chunk mapping. US patent have been filed for the solution. Other GenAI Solutions included Secure Private GPT, Email processor for license information, Recruitment tool for matching JD with resumes and chat.

With over 17 years of experience in software development and as an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP), Kiran possesses an extensive background in ServiceNow consultation, administration, and development. This expertise has enabled him to leverage the platform to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and elevate organizational performance. Kiran has consistently delivered impactful solutions in web and mobile development, utilizing a deep understanding of software development principles and the ability to translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions.

He has profound knowledge in DevSecOps & conducting vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for web-applications, networks, public clouds, thick client, mobile applications & Web-services for clients across multiple domains.

A Management professional with 25 years of extensive and vast experience in Training and Education Sector. His expertise includes offering Skill Development Training solutions in IT as well as Non-IT domains for various State Government and Central Government sponsored initiatives under PPP model.
