Requirement and Fit-gap analysis

Our experienced Technology Lead / Architect will analyze your requirements in detail and will do a fit-gap analysis with respect to the Salesforce package that you have purchased. At the end of this exercise, we will have a clear understanding of the configurations we will be implementing in your Salesforce CRM.

We will need your Business Analysts/Key users to share his business requirements with us and also validate our understanding if needed.

  • Setting up new page layout

As a part of this package we will create custom reports (upto 10 in number) and dashboard components (upto 2).

Data Access and Security Set Up

Profiles (different functions in an organization) and Roles control the level of visibility that users have into your organization’s data. This is key to a successful CRM system in terms of data security and level of access. We will study your business process and role hierarchy and help to have the right roles and profiles in the system.

As a part of this we will take up following activities:

  • Custom profile creation
  • Setting up role hierarchy in system
  • Defining access to objects, fields etc. for different profiles.

  • The above scope is typical, but indicative. If you want to drop any module or add one, we will be glad to accommodate that and accordingly adjust from overall project cost.
  • Development work will be executed from offshore. Your primary point of contact will be your own Aress Account Manager based in the US to liaise with you on all your Salesforce requirements.
  • We will provide you a 20 days’ free warranty support post implementation.
  • If needed we can provide you admin support for an extended period at very attractive price and terms.
